As a technical producer and start-up executive, I have led teams of up to 50 individuals, shipping software and hardware projects. I am presently an Associate Technical Producer with the Central Technology team at ProbablyMonsters and was previously the Server TPM at Rec Room. I proudly practice vulnerable servant leadership, prioritizing the mental health of my colleagues and establishing communities of mutual respect and collective enthusiasm. Before pursuing games, I worked in high-performance computing for six years as a VP of Business Ops.
