MathFinder Production Research Assistant
Production RA | Apr 2023 - March 2024 | 6-Person Game Builds Team
MathFinder (fka MathWalks) is an app that was jointly developed by a team of researchers from SMU Guildhall and the Simmons School of Education and Human Development. As a Production Research Assistant, I supported efforts and project coordination of the team as it measured the efficacy of AR as a means of teaching math to grade school students. This included partnerships with sites around the Dallas area, including the Dallas Arboretum, the Dallas Museum of Art, and the Dallas Zoo. (Available on the App Store)
Administering QA site visits and collecting lat/long data for location-specific AR tools and learning videos
Implementing and contributing to audio and narrative design and leading voice over performance sessions
Maintaining the product backlog, document repository, and bug log utilizing Trello and Excel bulk imports
